Ability to work at a rapid pace while maintaining attention to detail
Strong communication skills and ability to take direction
Professional demeanor and polished presentation
Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure
Handle guest concerns according to company standards
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Flexible schedule required (nights, weekends, holidays)
Previous service or fine dining experience a plus
Spanish speaking a plus
