Strong customer service skills and ability to anticipate guest needs
Ability to work efficiently and calmly under pressure
Excellent communication and professionalism
Ability to multi-task and follow direction
Flexible schedule — nights, weekends, and holidays required
Fine dining or service experience preferred
Spanish speaking a plus
Knowledge of Tiki cocktails and enthusiasm for building an impressive bar program
A natural host who loves creating a fun, welcoming atmosphere
